James Coffey
James has been producing award-winning music for videos, TV, games and toys for over 15 years. His music has appeared on hundreds of products sold worldwide under such brand names as Disney, Scholastic, Thomas The Tank, Care Bears, Fisher Price, Dora the Explorer, Marvel, MTV and many more.
With his eclectic musical style James has won numerous awards for his music productions including numerous Parents’ Choice Awards and NAPPA Awards. Publications such as the Chicago Times, LA Times and Family Fun Magazine have all written of his award winning work. Several of his CDs have been chosen “Editor’s Choice” by magazines such as Sesame Street Parent and Woman’s Day. In 2003, the Wall Street Journal published an extensive featured interview with James highlighting his successes in the music production industry.
In 2004, Blue Vision Music partnered with master animator Matt Welker who’s credits include “Bicentennial Man”, “The Matrix – Revolution” and Disney’s “The Wild.” Blue Vision provided all the sound design for the production “Northpoint – Shape Masters” created and produced by Welkers own production company Fort Fun.
